Paula is an Associate of the Firm.

Her practice focuses on Corporate and Tax laws. It includes project development and negotiations, corporate housekeeping, conducting due diligence exercises, and assisting clients on regulatory compliance such as securing registrations and investment incentives with various government institutions. It also extends to drafting and review of contracts and other transaction documents. Her work also involves providing advisory opinions on corporate matters covering different areas such as labor and tax. She also handles cases on intellectual property litigation and intellectual property rights enforcement, as well as litigation matters before various courts and regulatory bodies involving civil and labor disputes.

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and joined the Firm in 2023. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Arellano University School of Law and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Arts in Letters with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Management.
