Ashley is a Senior Associate of the Firm. She specializes in Corporate, Tax, and Immigration laws.

Atty. Rebadulla provides legal counsel to various domestic and multinational corporations operating across multiple industries. Her expertise spans general corporate matters, labor law compliance, corporate restructuring, taxation, immigration, and intellectual property. She also assists in litigation proceedings before various courts and agencies arising from civil and commercial disputes.

Ashley obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Centro Escolar University School of Law and Jurisprudence in 2016 and graduated from University of Eastern Philippines with a BS Accountancy degree in 2010. She passed the Accountancy Board in 2010 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017 and joined the Firm in 2017.
