As part of its continuing efforts to improve the services it makes accessible to its clients, the Intellectual Property Office the Philippines (IPOPHL) will launch the Trademark Electronic Filing System (TM e-filing) in time for the celebration of the World IP Day on April 25, 2016 Monday at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at IPOPHL Multi-Purpose Hall, IP Center, #28 Upper McKinley Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Another significant event in IPOPHL’s history, the TM e-filing was made possible under the EU-ASEAN project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (ECAP III) program. The TM e-filing is an enhancement of IPOPHL’s existing electronic filing system with, among its new features, a preliminary search tool.
